In the late 1990s, I made the transition from external martial arts to the internal systems; this encouraged by wanting to achieve a better understanding/awareness of my own body. After finding schools who still maintain their martial background, I settled on Tai Chi Chuan and am still feeling like a beginner focusing on the basics.
In my early 20s, I started the practice of meditation as an experiment to see if the benefits people attributed to it were real. This experience began a more focused study and practice of meditation and eventually a deeper study of philosophy and meditative practices of Daoism.
A passion discovered in college, with some photos just a record of events and others an attempt aesthetically pleasing images. I now travel and switch between my Sony DSLR or iPhone.
