Learn Taijiquan, find your inner power through softness, truly experience the moment and shed tension and stress. The relaxed class format, allows you to focus on developing your practice based on your needs and interests, although it is encouraged to take part in all the different elements of the class.
The class format is normally the first hour spent on the health aspects and the form (which includes some structure testing) and the last hour of the class focusing on partner work and exercises for those interested in martial application. Like the principles of the practice itself, things often flow to meet the needs or focus of the group at that time.
